With the explosive growth of the Internet, having multiple points of connection to the Internet is now becoming an essential part of businesses network strategy. Multiple connections to the Internet, known as multi-homing, reduce the risk of a potentially catastrophic shutdown if one of the connections should fail. 
In addition to maintaining a reliable connection, multi-homing allows a company to perform load-balancing by lowering the number of computers connecting to the Internet through any single connection. Distributing the load through multiple connections optimizes the performance and can significantly decrease wait times. 
The MH200, designed for these goals, is a multi-homing Gateway router that provides an integrated solution with the following advanced features. 

1. Real-time automatic backup: All WAN links backup each other automatically. Internet connection never fails. Should a WAN link break down, the MH200 detects this situation in real time, send email notification to MIS, and redirect subsequent traffic to remaining healthy WAN links. Likewise when a broken link comes back on line, the MH200 detects its presence instantly and start routing traffic back to it. Everything is automatic. Neither human involvement nor ISP reconfiguration is required. You can set the auto-switch time in the range of 1~99 seconds. 

2. Load Balances Traffic Over 2 WAN Connections: To guarantee the quality of service (QoS) has become a basic requirement for many enterprises, for which can not afford the poor quality of the services degraded or even failed due to bandwidth misuse. Users can easily set up bandwidth policies based on their network configuration and company's policies. The MH200 can make sure that bandwidth need of anticipated traffic can be met and bandwidth consumption of unexpected traffic is monitored and controlled. Bandwidth policies of the MH200 can be specified based on RoundRobin, Weight Percentage, and Auto modes. 

3. Cost-Effective: You can get rid of a T1 connection with only two two-way 512K ADSL. More economic and yet more secure. 

4. Network Security Protection: Network Policy, Hacker Alert, Time Schedule, Access Control and Content Filtering. 

5. VPN Gateway: Supports VPN (VPN Gateway for IP-Sec,PPTP Server/Client); DES/3DES, 200 Tunnels, and protocols like AutoKey IKE, MD5, SHA-1, etc. 

6. The Multi Router Traffic Grapher (MRTG): Monitor the traffic load on network-links and generates HTML pages containing graphical images which provides a LIVE visual representation of this traffic.
