The Motorola Netopia® 4622-XL is a T1 VPN router with integrated 8-port Ethernet interfaces designed for the needs of small, medium, and distributed enterprises. The 4622-XL combines hardware-based VPN acceleration, built-in software VPN features, an Ethernet switch, and powerful routing and management tools in a single all-in-one device. For the enterprise user, the 4622-XL is a scalable solution ready for high-performance applications. Integrated hardware acceleration powers wire-speed VPN applications for retail locations, branch offices, and enterprise teleworkers. The 4622-XL combines a firewall with standards-based VPN features that cab be applied simultaneously to multiple profiles – like PPTP, L2TP, GRE, IPSec – at no extra cost.
